Quadrant International Art Association (QIAA) is dedicated to empowering emerging and pre-professional artists by providing performance opportunities, mentorship, and a collaborative platform for artistic growth. We are committed to preserving and promoting traditional culture and aesthetics, contributing to the creation of a more inclusive and vibrant community.
